But with Jen going on holiday retreats and enjoying her friendship with Judy, she didn’t realize that her children are not coping well without there dad. Jen finds out that Charlie is dealing a variety of drugs, stolen from the bathroom cabinet in her house – they used to be Ted’s drugs. Meanwhile, at the school choir, her youngest, Henry, kicks off when the singing arrangement does not deliver as well as it should have. It is not an isolated incident.

Nick has many other uses than just an investigator; Jen and Judy decide to get him to pretend to come to the house and pretend to arrest Charlie, but the whole scenario goes wrong when Nick finds an actual gun in his backpack. Following on from this, Judy goes out to eat with Nick, and he makes it known that she doesn’t need to talk about Ted all the time because, without a car, there is no crime.

Episode 6 ends with a twist; Shandy shows up to Jen’s house with her mother and hands her a piece of the car she found at the scene which she took as a souvenir. In a panic, Judy visits her storage facility and sees that the car is already gone. Did Steve take it?
