Looming on the horizon of The Hockey Girls Episode 11 is the final match of the season, but “Friends” has other matters to deal with first. There are many friendships in this show, but the one of most import here is between Emma (Dèlia Brufau) and Laila (Yasmina Drissi), who have reconciled. A subplot about Emma’s biological parentage begins to develop here, as Anna (Iria del Río) has been looking into it, but the information can only be revealed to Emma herself when she’s 18. In the meantime, her only option is to ask Santi (Juli Fàbregas) and Núria (Àgata Roca). Emma asks Núria and is told to be sure she’s ready for what she might learn.
To help fund Anna’s legal battles, Santi wants to sell his grandfather’s house in the Pyrenees, which he owns with Enric (Josep Linuesa). The latter initially tries to talk him out of the idea but eventually reveals that he already sold the house when Santi moved to Budapest. Enric continues to clash with everyone, including Terrats (Nora Navas), who plans to make Santi Vice President if she wins the election.
The Hockey Girls Episode 11 sees some relationships continue even though they shouldn’t — Anna and Germán (Marc Clotet) continue their affair — but also some relationships end. Sílvia (Mireia Aixalà) tells Enric she doesn’t want to see him anymore, which is probably for the best considering how he has been conducting himself lately.
Things are looking up for Laila at least. She might still be working at the bar, meaning she has to miss extra practice sessions, but Emma steals the keys to Anna’s RV so she and Nil can spend the night there. Losing her virginity goes much better for Laila than it did for Raquel (Júlia Gibert), at least.
Montse (Aida Oset) lets Anna know about a potential obstacle in her case: There is a credible witness stating that Anna threatened to kill Joana before the incident and that the incident itself was not a fight but an unprovoked attack. Things aren’t looking good for Anna, legally speaking. Later in The Hockey Girls Episode 11, she tells the team about it.
Speaking of the team, they’re having doubts about the upcoming rematch against Germán’s team, but Anna is — for once — able to inspire them. The boys’ team is faring a bit worse; Nil finally stands up to Enric and tells him he doesn’t want to play anymore. Then again, group cohesion is threatened when Lore decides that she wants to sell Pela’s farmhouse and use the money to go traveling — to be free, just like how he was.
Despite Núria becoming suspicious of Santi’s relationship with Terrats, they both go to Barcelona in order to dig up more information about Emma’s biological parents, and what they find is not good. They debate hiding the information from her, but ultimately decide not to. However, Emma discovers the documents before they have time to brief her about their contents, and “Friends” ends with the discovery that she was found abandoned in a dumpster.
