How does BNA: Brand New Animal season 1, episode 11, “A Beastly Feast” open?
Episode 11 begins with Michiru seeing one of the bears really happy about a piece of bread. Nazuna seems bothered that she makes friends wherever she goes. They both practice singing for the concert which will calm the beastmen. Meanwhile, Shirou asks Flips if they have the ships ready, presumably to escape.
Michiru notices a festival forming in the city center and remembers how Shirou appreciated the last one, tears flowing down his face. She cannot find him — he’s busy preparing the boats. Meanwhile, Pingua helps the mayor flee. The mayor sees the anti-beast weapons and wants to return to the city immediately.
The concert begins
At the midway point of BNA: Brand New Animal season 1, episode 11, “A Beastly Feast” there’s a brief stand-off. Michiru finally finds Shirou and stops him with a gun. The concert starts to keep the beastmen relaxed. The song is “I Love Silver Fox” and Nazuna sings it.
Michiru asks Shirou why is he trying to kill Nazuna. Shirou apologizes and states he doesn’t want to hurt her friend but if she announces that she’s human, Nirvasyl Syndrome will trigger — he asks Michiru to stop her from doing the speech. Nazuna arrives on a different part of the stage and starts making her announcement. The beastmen are loving her words. As she’s about to tell them she’s human Michiru walks towards her in a robot and tells her not to make the announcement. Nazuna changes her speech.
How does BNA: Brand New Animal season 1, episode 11, “A Beastly Feast” end?
The anti-beast machines arrive and start shooting. Boris then announces that Nazuna is human and deceived them all. The crowd is suddenly upset. The machines walk in and Nirvasyl Syndrome triggers. The machines start to attack the beastmen as they all start to transform. Shirou remembers what happened a thousand years ago and feels it is happening again. His Nirvasyl Syndrome triggers. Michiru tries to stop he but he bites her whole, and you can hear the crunch. Episode 11 sees the plans to derail Anima-City come together as the lead characters try to fight back.
