The transformation of Yaba
Meanwhile, Director Yaba manages to flee from his prison cell by morphing into a huge beast. Shirou tries fighting Yaba but struggles. Michiru joins in to help. She uses her wings to fly Yaba to the pier — Shirou holds on. She drops Yaba on a building. Yaba’s huge horn impales Shirou. Bleeding profusely, Shirou tells Michiru to run but she continues to help.

Shirou then transformers into a bigger being and reveals himself to be the true Silver Wolf. He fends off Yaba. Afterwards, Shirou is severely injured. Michiru admits to the mayor that she knows little about being a beastman and wants to know more about the Silver Wolf. The mayor tells Michiru that Shirou has been the Silver Wolf for a thousand years and tells her the story of the ordinary wolf beastman. The blood of his murdered clan gave the wolf immortality and he became the protector of beastmen. Humans tried using beastmen as weapons in the second world war and Shirou massacred everyone who experimented on the beastmen.
