The Ballad of Buster Scruggs (2018)
The Coen brothers made the last great anthology film into a western that was wildly entertaining and deliriously imaginative. The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, for me, was one of the best anthology films in a long, long time, with a tremendous supporting turn from Zoe Kazan and Tom Waits practically steals the film. Black Mirror (2011)
Considered arguably the best anthology series of all-time, Ready Steady Cut film and television critic Daniel Hart said, “Black Mirror… changes our appetite for TV for the near future.” From the universally acclaimed episode “Bandersnatch” to my personal favorite “Nosedive” (pictured above), Black Mirror is one of the great streaming entertainment achievements.

Love, Death, & Robots: Season 1 (2019)
Ready Steady Cut film and television critic Jonothan Wilson called the first season of Love, Death & Robots “unusual, surprising and arguably unmissable… It’s a bold, genre-blending anthology series that demands to be seen.” Some stand-out episodes to watch again before Tim Miller and David Fincher’s enthralling season 2 are “The Witness,” “Good Hunting,” “When the Yogurt Took Over,” and “Fish Tank.”

Years and Years (2019)
Ready Steady Cut film and television critic Alix Turner called this anthology series HBO and BBC’s answer to Black Mirror “… thought-provoking and entertaining. Russell T. Davies’ new near-future family drama gives us diverse people to relate to and pretty much everything to worry about.“
