- There is good news in episode 4; Eun-ji has a heart donor available, and she undergoes surgery. Her mother is emotional and relieved.
- At the end of episode 4, Ik-sun rings her brother Ik-jun about concerning news about her liver, and she is returning home. She tells him not to tell anyone, including Jun-wan.
