It was only a matter of time when Netflix clashed with Tik Tok star — hello romantic comedy film He’s All That starring Addison Rae. Is there anything that YouTubers and Tik Tok stars cannot touch these days. We are in an interesting time, where the rise to big films is no longer the same graft; like boxing, raising your profile is all you need (noted: the infamous Jake Paul). But, to flip that, there’s much respect for Addison Rae — she’s hustled her way to the top, and the result is landing Netflix deals.

And as always, Netflix is proud of its original films, and they are keen to become the streaming service that gets the praises for the releases. At a busy end of the year, where we see Michael Keaton leading in Worth, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and Woody Harrelson in Katethe streaming service is landing as many interesting titles as possible.

Netflix film He’s All That plot

“In this reimagining of 1999’s She’s All That, Padgett (Tik Tok star Addison Rae) has mastered her perfect high school life: She’s a popular beauty influencer with a huge following, and her hot pop star boyfriend makes her the envy of everyone on her feed. But after she catches him cheating while livestreaming, she goes viral for all the wrong reasons. To repair her reputation, Padgett makes a risky bet that she can turn her scruffy antisocial classmate Cameron (Cobra Kai’s Tanner Buchanan) into prom king material. Things get complicated when she finds herself falling for him IRL—and learning no one is quite who they seem on social media, least of all herself.”
