- Jun-wan and Ik-sun bump into each other on the bus and there’s plenty of uncertainty. Later in episode 9, Jun-wan finds out from Ik-jun that Ik-sun is sick in hospital, so he visits her. He finally learns that they possibly broke up because she didn’t want to burden him with her illnesses.
- There’s a hilarious table tennis tournament in episode 9; in the doubles final, Ik-jun loses!
- Ahn Jeong-won and Gyeo-ul are still struggling with their space.
- After her health scare, Jeong Rosa jas found a new lease of life and perspective.
- Song-hwa and Ik-jun hold hands in episode 9, albeit briefly, but it offers hope for fans that they will produce a romance.
- We learn in a flashback that Song-hwa had a crush on Ik-jun, but she was left heartbroken when a date did not materialize.
