- Prince Wonsan and Chang-Woon join forces to reveal Lee Hwi’s identity after discovering the truth about the twin placenta that belongs to the late King
- Lee Hwi and Ji-Woon get bolder upon showing their affection towards one another
- Seok-Jo slowly finds out about Lee Hwi’s identity; he also witnesses Ji-Woon and Lee Hwi shares a kiss
The King’s Affection season 1, episodes 17 and 18 release date/time
Episode 17 will be released on December 6, 2021. The usual time is 3:30 pm (GMT), but sometimes this varies. We do not anticipate any changes to the schedule yet (sometimes this happens in the K-Drama world.). Episode 18 will air at the same time the next day.

- The Queen demands Lee Hwi to produce an heir after being put in a tight position (possibly by Lord Sangheon or the Queen dowager)
- As Lee Hwi and Ji-Woon getting bolder, the Queen will find out about their secret relationship
- Ji-Woon might step down from the Palace and get married to protect Lee Hwi
- Hyun probably goes neck to neck with his brother; Prince Wonsan and Chang-Woon, to protect Lee Hwi’s identity.
- The falls of Lord Sangheon continues as Ji-Woon and the General Inspector discover the truth about the late King’s death
- Seok-Jo might betray Lord Sangheon or sacrifice himself for the sake of Ji-Woon
