Who is Felipe in In From the Cold season 1?
Felipe is a cold, calculated, and obnoxious murderer. Despite having a “squeaky clean” image, Jenny learns that Felipe is a violent and twisted man. When Felipe decides that his favourite nephew is a traitor, he brutally kills him. Fond of feeling powerful, Felipe likes to have other people complete his dirty work.
Whilst he liked to terrorize others, none more so than his other nephew Diego, Felipe showed in his final moments that he was a coward. As he fears for his life, possibly for the first time, he begs Jenny with his life. However, his pleas prove fruitless.
What does Felipe do? (spoilers)
After Jenny, Chauncey, and Chris discover a link between Felipe and Puoco Franco, Jenny goes undercover at Felipe’s nightclub. Before long, Felipe introduces himself to Jenny, who goes under the alias of Sara. But he has to take himself away from her because of an “unknown issue”.
Unaware that Jenny can witness everything (as she is in camo-mode), Felipe forces Lidia and his favourite nephew to fight. Although he declares Lidia as the champion of the fight, he shoots her in the head, closely following it up by killing Ramon.
After he grows suspicious of Jenny’s intentions, he insists on taking her back to her hotel room. Where, after help from Chauncey and Chris, Jenny is able to convince Felipe of her loyalty. The closer she gets, the more she learns about Felipe. Whilst she discovers that Felipe is not the one in control of the recent attacks in Madrid, Felipe is still responsible for attempting to create a plot to assassinate the Prime Minister.
His downfall, however, is down to Jenny. As Felipe trusts her, arguably far too much, he invites her to spend time in his home and with his family. This allows her to uncover his dirty dealings, and when she believes he may be a danger to her daughter, she uses her ability of camouflage to reveal her true identity.
After Jenny gains all the information she needs from Felipe, she gets revenge for Lidia’s death and allows him to fall from his balcony and to his death.
