This article contains predictions for the Apple TV+ series The Afterparty season 1, episode 4.

As the first three episodes of The Afterparty were released together, a lot happened in the murder mystery, as each episode features a different character’s perspective of what happened when there’s a murder during a high school reunion. Here’s what went down in The Afterparty episodes 1-3:

  • Xavier falls to his death, presumably due to murder.
  • Detective Danner decides to investigate.
  • Aniq came to the high school reunion to woo Zoe.
  • Zoe’s ex-husband, Brett, also came to the reunion, with their daughter now asleep in his car.
  • Chelsea had a complete breakdown of some sort; and has unfinished business with Xavier.
  • Walt attends the reunion, but no one knows who he is.
  • Aniq believes that the killer wrote not only on his face but also a threatening note to Xavier, which has led to him believing that the killer writes with a backward “E”.
  • Yasper wanted Xavier to bless a track.
  • Chelsea’s drink container has been found near Xavier’s body.
  • Jennifer #2 is missing.

The Afterparty season 1, episode 4 release date/time

The next episode, titled Chelsea, is scheduled to premiere on Apple TV+ on Friday, February 4th, 2022 at midnight PT. It’s the fourth of seven total episodes airing weekly between now and Friday, February 25th, 2022.

Where to watch

The Afterparty will air exclusively on AppleTV+. Based on a US subscription, the streaming app will cost $4.99 a month, with a seven-day free trial for new users. But there is also an annual subscription for $49.99. If you are in the UK, the cost is also the same, although obviously, it will be in GBP instead.

Predictions

As the next episode is titled “Chelsea”, it is more than likely that she will be the next focus on The Afterparty. Plus, with major plot points such as Jennifer #2 seemingly missing, a lot could occur in the fourth episode. Here are some predictions:

  • Chelsea will take us through her night of the reunion; and likely rule herself out of being the killer.
  • It could also get revealed why she had a breakdown, as mentioned in episode 1.
  • Jennifer #2’s disappearance will get investigated. I believe that she’ll be found safe in the next episode, but the diarrhea game may place her as the main suspect in Xavier’s death.
  • Detective Culp will do something to hinder the investigation (again).

You can watch this series with a subscription to Apple TV+.
