In the latest episode of The Legend Of Vox Machina, the gang fought Lord Sylas and Lady Delilah Briarwood at the dinner party from hell. The terrifying twosome almost completely destroyed the Vox Machina before fleeing the scene and our valiant gang was left in a tricky situation. Here’s what happened in that explosive episode 3:
- Through flashbacks, we discover that Percy’s entire family was slaughtered at the hands of the evil Briarwood’s.
- The gang battle the Briarwood’s for sweet revenge and are nearly defeated in the process. Luckily, Keyleth (again) manages to shield the wounded by conjuring a thorny wall of protection.
- Interrupted by the sounds of guests approaching, the Briarwood’s escape in their horse and carriage.
- The Briarwood’s driver is left behind and Percy berates him for answers. The poor driver pleads innocence and Percy shoots off his hand. A menacing darkness engulfs Percy and he goes in for the kill.
- With Percy about to assassinate the civilian, Sovereign Uriel bursts onto the scene and has the Vox Machina arrested.
- Scanlan exits the party covered in cake to find the guards surrounding his people. He utters a four-letter word.

- The gang will inevitably have to plan their escape from prison. I’m sure it will be an exciting and devious scheme.
- The Vox Machina have vowed to seek revenge on the Briarwood’s. They will undoubtedly go after those blood-thirsty monsters as soon as they escape.
- Percy seems set on a dark path now and his anger looks set to ruin him. The gang will try their utmost to bring him back to his level-headed ways.
- Will Grog and Vax ever get to finish their game of ball tag? I hope so.
- Will Scanlan become the greatest singer in all the realm? Of course he will.
