This article discusses whether there will be season 2 of the AppleTV+ series Suspicion and its renewed or cancelled status.
Suspicion is an action-packed thriller that follows five seemingly unconnected individuals after the son of a wealthy CEO (Uma Thurman) gets kidnapped. With at least one of them involved in the plot, it’s a tale of knowing who and who not to trust.
With plenty of twists, and a story that flips between the UK and USA, could the Apple TV+ exclusive return? As Suspicion is based on the Israeli series False Flag that ran for two seasons, it might not be crazy to think it could return.
“When the son of a prominent American businesswoman (Thurman) is kidnapped from a New York hotel, the eye of suspicion quickly falls on four seemingly ordinary British citizens who were at the hotel on the night in question.”
Will there be a season 2 of the Apple TV+ series Suspicion – renewed or cancelled status
Currently, there’s no news on whether Suspicion will return for a second season. It wasn’t billed as a limited series. And you could argue that the show has a lot more story to tell. Apple appears to be loyal to its series since the inception of its streaming service, so it’s looking positive for Suspicion.
Elizabeth Henstridge, who plays Tara in the eight-part series, has added that whilst she believes that the series works without any further episodes, there are also some questions that the audience may want to get answered.
There’s likely going to be more news of a possible second season once the season finale has aired. So be sure to check on this article, as we’ll update this article as soon as the news gets announced.
