This preview for Breeders season 3, episode 6, “No Show”, contains spoilers for previous episodes.
I don’t think we’re heading towards a happy ending, are we? Admittedly at just over halfway through the season, it’s difficult to tell, but Breeders is deliberately piling one personal calamity on top of the other, and there doesn’t seem to be an easy solution in sight. Here’s where things presently stand:
- Ally is facing the very real possibility of losing her job. Leah and Alex offering to release the equity on their houses to front her the capital makes Ally realize that she’s blustering about being able to save the company. This, combined with her growing distance from Ava and her lack of treatment for her menopause is proving to be a damaging cocktail.
- Paul is passed over for a promotion at work in favor of a transplant from Chicago whom he immediately clashes with. Because of Ally’s situation, Paul is unable to take the moral high ground and has to apologize to Brandon, who wants to start making some changes.
- Ava’s birthday party is made awkward when her friend, Grace, suffers a personal loss. Ava begins to resent her desire for attention, and her resentment of Grace for taking that attention away from her, which gives her a crisis of faith. She also confesses to not liking Ally very much.
Breeders season 3, episode 6 release date
“No Body” is scheduled for release on June 6, 2022. It’ll be the sixth of a planned ten episodes, which is consistent with the two previous seasons. You can find the full Season 3 release schedule below:

Breeders is available on FX, where it can be streamed on Hulu or via fuboTV. The show is also a co-production with Sky, which is where it’ll air in the UK, although the release dates haven’t been confirmed yet.
Preview and predictions for “No Show”:
- Ally will have to more realistically face the prospect of losing her job, which will presumably entail her looking into finding another.
- Ava, having now vocalized her dislike of her mother, will probably continue to distance herself from Ally, only further compounding her mother’s self of uselessness.
- Brandon will probably continue to annoy Paul, who will have to make some personal compromises in order to protect his own job.
