Sheila struggles to cope whilst housebound in “Don’t You Know”. She’s unable to exercise or complete her work properly, as her business slips through her hands. This nightmare situation only worsens with Danny’s over-the-top caring and other developments in the plot. Here’s what happened in episode four of Physical:
- Inspired by Vinnie Green, Sheila brainstorms ideas for her very own infomercial, but is plagued by dreams of the instructor and her own diet issues.
- Danny tries to help her recover and hints at wanting another child with her. Sheila protests this notion, wanting to secretly leave the man instead.
- Greta and Ernie have a threesome, which they are dying to tell Sheila and Danny about.
- Auggie’s son, Kevin brings Sheila flowers, although he really just wants to spy on her. The company are losing money fast, with Sheila ill in bed.
- Sheila says she has a substitute that will fill in for her, so they don’t need to cancel any appearances. She tries to pitch infomercials, but Kevin is already aware of the idea.
- Wanda takes the children to the beach to protest John Breem’s construction work. Danny refuses to go, stating he has to look after Sheila instead. He is furious when a child is interviewed in his place on live TV though.
- Sheila’s daughter wipes off all her brainstorming ideas and she shouts at her. Sheila worries she is turning into her mother.
- Sheila offers the sub role to Bunny, who accepts. Tyler is livid with the offer, saying he has some dirt on Sheila that they may be able to use to their advantage.
- Hating herself, Sheila sneaks out of the house and checks into a hotel, here she binge eats. John follows her there and interrogates Sheila. He worries she is sleeping with someone else, but he sees her dirty little secret instead. John comforts Sheila, who feels extremely fragile in this awful situation. Her wound bleeds and John redresses it.
- When she returns home, Danny is asleep and her whiteboard is full of ideas again.

Predictions
- Sheila will continue to have an affair with John. Their encounter will have reignited their passions once more. This will start off tenderly, but slowly descend into a toxic relationship once again.
- Danny feels left out of the protests, I imagine he will make a large gesture and embarrass himself in the hopes of regaining some authority. Maybe taking things too far or delivering an awkward interview.
- Tyler will dish the dirt he has on Sheila and with his partner Bunny, plan their next attack.
- Sheila will film her infomercial, although she still hasn’t fully recovered from the surgery. Her mental and physical health will continue to deteriorate.
