The previously canceled CBS legal drama All Rise will return for a 20-episode third season on its new home of OWN beginning in June, 2022. Picking up directly after the end of the second season, with Judge Lola Carmichael’s seat being contested, the personable show will attempt to further develop the idea of “justice” in a constantly evolving and nuanced social climate. With a couple of cast changes but most of the familiar faces returning for another go-around, this well-liked series might have found the best place for its specific variety of courtroom drama.

How many episodes will the series have?

In total, Season 3 will have twenty episodes, with the network releasing one episode a week. This release schedule is subject to change, though.

Who is the cast?

The biggest cast-related news is that Christian Keyes (The Boys, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow) will take over the role of Lola’s husband Robin, who was previously portrayed by Todd Williams. However, this was a relatively small role and it should be easy to get used to the change. Many other familiar faces will be returning, including:

  • Simone Missick as Judge Lola Carmichael.
  • Wilson Bethel as Deputy District Attorney Mark Callan.
  • Jessica Camacho as public defender Emily Lopez.
  • J. Alex Brinson as former bailiff Luke Watkins.
  • Ruthie Ann Miles as Lola’s assistant Sherri Kansky.
  • Lindsay Mendez as court reporter Sara Castillo.

Both Roger Guenveur Smith and Marg Helgenberger will recur as Judges Marshall Thomas and Lisa Benner.
