Peacock isn’t likely to garner too much attention in the Streaming Wars with its monthly slate, but it’s making a mark in more niche content and has some more originals this month.

What’s coming to Peacock in September 2022?

September 2

Honk For Jesus. Save Your Soul — Proud first lady of a Southern Baptist megachurch, Trinitie Childs carries immense responsibility on her shoulders. After a scandal involving her husband, the church is forced to temporarily close, leaving Trinitie struggling to manage the aftermath.

September 8

Last Light — Peacock’s Last Light, a limited drama series based on the best-selling novel by Alex Scarrow, is set to premiere on September 8. There will be five episodes with each episode running 45 minutes.

September 12

Days Of Our Lives (Season 58) — The insanely long-running soap continues as a streaming exclusive, leaving NBC devoid of soaps for the first time in more than 70 years.

September 15

Vampire Academy — In a world of privilege and glamour, two young women’s friendship transcends their strikingly different classes as they prepare to complete their education and enter royal vampire society.

September 21

Meet Cute — In the latest variation on the Groundhog Day/Palm Springs time-loop rom-com formula, a couple played by Kaley Cuoco and Pete Davidson immediately fall in love on a magical first date. The catch? It’s not really a first date after all: One of them has a time machine and has been using it to invest in Berkshire Hathaway in the 1960s repeat the first date over and over again and change the other into a perfect partner.

September 29

Dragon Rescue Riders: Heroes of the Sky — Follows the adventures of Viking twins Dak and Leyla along with young dragons Winger, Summer, Cutter and Burple and their adventures around their home of Huttsgalor.

That’s what’s coming to Peacock in September 2022. You can check out all of these releases and many more with a subscription to the platform.
