This article discusses 7 series like the Netflix series Unsuspicious you must watch.

After being conned by a “playboy,” three women track him down in the hope of confronting him. However, he soon ends up dead; and as such, there’s soon an investigation into his murder. Our review of Unsuspicious wasn’t great, only getting 1.5 stars. So below is a list of shows that are similar, but hopefully, much better.

Like for Like – 7 series like the Netflix series Unsuspicious that you must watch

Toy Boy (2019)

Unlike Unsuspicious, there’s an actual great mystery to this series! With decent enough characters (that are extremely attractive), it’s likely to entertain you more than Unsuspicious.

Elite (2018)

If there’s ever any recommendation for a show about murder, Elite has to be on the list. It’s twisty, soapy, and no one is safe from getting the chop (anyone still thinking about the ending of Season 5?). Plus, in the first season, literally anyone and everyone is a suspect.

The Afterparty (2022)

Again, much like Elite, anyone is a suspect in the well-made American series. And by flipping each episode upside down by focusing on a new genre, it’s hard not to be glued to the show.

The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window (2022)

Whilst the title may be a little long-winded, the series itself is excellent. With a bonkers storyline and a great cast (hello, Kristen Bell), I challenge you to correctly guess who the killer is.

Kissing Game (2020)

If Brazilian dramas are your thing, then look no further than Kissing Game (Boca a Boca). It’s an unusual whodunit (as it’s more about who caused the outbreak of a virus rather than murder). But it’s thrilling nonetheless, and it’s well worth investing your time into.

The Mess You Leave Behind (2020)

Another Spanish whodunit on the list. But god, what a great one. If anyone says that they predicted the outcome of the show in the first episode, I refuse to believe them. A fab cast, a deliciously dark storyline, and a completed story at the end make this one of Netflix’s best shows.

High Seas (2019)

If you’re after something that silly and high in campness, give High Seas (Alta Mar) a watch. It might just be what you’re craving. It’s funny at times, and as it’s set on a boat (hence the title), it has a different feel than many of the other shows on this list.
