Korean legal dramas seem to be experiencing something of a boom at the moment and after the colossal success of Extraordinary Attorney Woo over on Netflix, the appetite for the genre seems more voracious than ever. With that in mind, The Law Cafe seems virtually guaranteed to be a winner for streaming service Viki, combining that legal framework with elements such as comedy and romance as a lawyer becomes a tenant of a former lawyer turned building manager. Jung Ho, Yu Ri, Se Yeon, and Jin Ki have been friends for 17 years since Seoyeon High. Jung Ho is a landlord who used to be called the Monster Genius of the prosecution. Despite his clumsiness, he is a cool guy with a mysterious charm.
Yu Ri is an eccentric lawyer who won the past Miss Korea contest with her outstanding looks. Her hot-tempered characteristic that cannot stand injustice leads her to quit her firm and start a law cafe of her own. When she goes to see her landlord for the contract, she finds out that he is her old friend Jung Ho. From that point, a crazy relationship that develops from friendship to love begins.
Law Cafe season 1, episodes 7 & 8 release date
The seventh episode is slated to air on Monday, September 26, taking over the 21:50(KST) KBS2 Monday-Tuesday time slot previously occupied by Cafe Minamdang. The Law Cafe episode 6 will air the day after, on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Both episodes will air at 21:50 (KST) / 13:50 (GMT).

As mentioned above, The Law Cafe will air on KBS2 in Korea, but will be available internationally through the streaming platform Viki, which requires a subscription.
How many episodes will the series have?
Season 1 of The Law Cafe will have 16 episodes, airing twice weekly from September 5, 2022, through to October 25, 2022.
