We discuss predictions for the HBO Max series Pennyworth: The Origin of Batman’s Butler, season 3, episode 10, and detail the release date, time, and where to watch online.

Pennyworth: The Origins of Batman’s Butler season 1, episode 9, was a killer episode with a lot happening. Honestly, it could have served as the season finale. However, it didn’t, and there’s still one more episode to go! Just in case you’ve forgotten, below is a recap of what happened.

  • Sandra rejects Alfie’s proposal and tells him that she will be raising the baby on her own.
  • Thomas returns and confesses to Martha that he murdered his father.
  • As Thomas and Martha discuss recent events, Sam is kidnapped by a woman who looks identical to Mary. Fake Mary tells the Waynes that she wants £100,000.
  • Sally tells Dave about the dinner party.
  • Lucius breaks into a facility where prisoners are being experimented on, sometimes resulting in their deaths.
  • Also at the facility is Bet! When she tries to escape, guards surround her and Lucius.
  • Thomas publically confesses to killing his father. Afterward, Fake Mary kidnaps him, Martha, Alfie and Mary.
  • Fake Mary is revealed to be Regina, and she wants Thomas to murder Martha. Or, Regina says she will kill Sam.
  • Thomas attacks Regina, and Martha shoots Regina in the head.
  • With the crisis over, Alfie tells Mary that he is going to be a father.

Where to watch online

Viewers can catch Pennyworth: The Origin of Batman’s Butler season 3, episode 10, with a subscription to HBO Max on the date mentioned above.

There’s only one more episode left of Pennyworth: The Origins of Batman’s Butler, so presumably, there’s going to be a lot happening in the tenth episode. As there’s been plenty of drama and death throughout the third season, it’s likely to be the same in the season finale. Below are just a few predictions on what could occur.

  • Firstly, with the episode being titled “Highland Wedding”, I’m going to predict that Alfie and Sandra will get married.
  • The milkmen, who were briefly seen at the end of the previous episode, will have a large presence in the episode. Will they be the villains of the finale? Most likely.
  • There’s going to be a big character death. I’m ruling out Bet, as we have just spent the last few episodes wondering whether she is dead or alive. I doubt that Alfie, Dave, or Mary will be killed off. So that leaves Thomas, Martha, and the Prime Minister. By guessing, I would say that Thomas is at the most risk of leaving in a body bag. After murdering his father, maybe Thomas will die protecting his family once again.
  • And why has Peggy returned? It looks like she could have a large role in the finale. But for now, it’s hard to guess what that could be.
  • All in all, there’ll be plenty of drama, but the season will end on a happy note for Alfie.

Why in the world would Bruce Wayne’s father die? Especially since they went to the painstaking plot line to have Thomas’s dad murdered in an alley, the way that Thomas dies in the Batman lore? So if someone dies I bet it is Bruce Wane’s sister. Never any mention of Bruce having an older sister. At some point in this saga, the girl will die, not sure it will be S3 E10. Now it also could be Thomas’ sister or Dave Boy’s lover.
We will find out over Turkey on Thursday
