It seemed it was only a matter of time before we received a reality survival show from Korea, and they have gone all out to make this one of the most unique and grueling survival shows on any streaming platform. On January 24th, the first two episodes of Physical: 100 Season 1, out of nine in total, dropped, and already there is an incredible buzz about this show.
Created by Jang Ho-gi, the show puts all manner of contestants into challenges against each other in an attempt to find a winner, who walks away with roughly $250,000. With everyone from MMA fighters to actors, the premise has already got critics, and viewers, calling it a real-life Squid Game.
However, this may not be for everyone, and some viewers are checking out early due to the slow build-ups and cliched slow-motion sections. Who Will Win Physical: 100 Season 1?
So that’s the rundown of all the players in the game. Who will be the first champion of this game is anyone’s guess, and at this early stage, it is too difficult to even begin to speculate on the winner. The games are designed to eliminate the weaker contestants, just like Squid Game, but with such a large cast, there have already been some shocking moments. However, Agent H, the UDT soldier, (real name Hwang Ji-hun), seems to have already caught the public imagination, but a cliffhanger ending to the second episode has fans on the edge of their seat. Just now, this is still anyone’s game.
