There was a lot of narrative progress made in the latest episode of Your Honor, and some surprising turns really raised the stakes as we proceed further into the back half of the second season.
Here’s what happened in Your Honor Season 2 Episode 6:
- Michael and Elizabeth began to look into Robin’s murder. Through her lover Kenneth and a witness named KJ, they were able to discover that she was assassinated by a cop, Detective Walter Beckwith, who has been instrumental in killing several gang lieutenants to take control of an escalating turf war.
- Big Mo cut the dodgy heroin and tried to distribute it wide into the city, which led to the death of Chris’s brother.
- Joey saw Eugene at Big Mo’s place, took a picture for evidence, and showed it to Carlo. Carlo set out to kill Eugene but Joey’s bad driving left him at Eugene’s mercy. However, the young boy decided not to kill him.
- Jimm brutally attacked Frankie after learning that Eugene was still alive, increasingly frustrated by Gina and Carmine going over his head and emasculating him.
- At the end of the episode, Detective Beckwith shot Eugene.

Predictions
- Michael will presumably take what he has learned to Nancy, but they’re going to have a hard time proving it.
- Eugene probably isn’t dead, and I imagine the commotion around the public shooting will force Beckwith to retreat. However, both he and the Baxters will still be looking for Eugene.
- Big Mo seems to be losing control of Desire, and I think we’ll see more of that subplot develop.
- Jimmy’s going to end up killing Carmine, isn’t he?
Detective Beckwith didn’t shoot Eugene. I don’t think we’ve even met that detective yet.
