- Will struggles to keep up during Doc’s training, and the other guys make light of it?
- The Founders Award nominees are out, and Carlton’s name has been announced, but so has Will’s, much to the surprise of both.
- Ivy tells Carlton that the BSU is the don’t that nominated him. She explains that Will is the perfect fit for the job, and it is nothing personal.
- Hilary discusses with her crew that they need to trust her and that they don’t just need Ivy.
- After doing some digging, Geoffrey finds out why the firm is down for Phil. It was over an old account that got poached. Then, the two agree he should meet with the client.
- Given the chance, Carlton turns down the opportunity to do drugs.
- An old friend of Phil’s, Erika, arrives at their meeting to let him know she was the person who poached his client.
- In addition to finding out about Erika, she offers him a deal that he takes a Senior Position in her firm.
- Vivian found out about Carlton’s panic attack at the protest. Of course, this leads to Phil and Vivian diving and conquering with the kids.
- Carlton promises that he is okay and that it will take time for him to get back on track.
- After putting the Founders Award on the back burner, Doc tells him how important being a leader is to Division One schools.
- Although things at Vivian’s party go great, Jackie and Lisa meet, and Lisa finds out about Will and Jackie. Regardless of what Will thinks, Jackie knows things aren’t good with Lisa and Will.
- Hilary brings an ex to the event to help grow her brand. Sadly, Jazz isn’t thrilled with it cause he didn’t know that this massive football player and her date.
- After that, Will and Lisa confront, but Lisa tells him she got sucked back in. Because of this, Lisa tells Will she can’t be his friend anymore.
- Overall, the night went great, and Phil tells Vivian she did a great job. He reminds her not to forget about her own voice in the process. Surprisingly, Phil tells Vivian I didn’t want to ruin the night, but they have a problem with Geoffrey.
