As we now officially reach the halfway mark of Destined with You, there have been some interesting plot developments. Most notably, Hong-jo (Jo Bo-ah) and Sin-yu (Rowoon) have seen a hanging doll, which could be interpreted as a potential curse attempt against both of them, something which has caused worry.
On Sin-yu’s side, he’s concerned with the person behind this (he suspects Jae-gyeong (Ha Jun) and understands why the civil servant suspects Joong-beom). On Hong-jo’s side, though, there are signs she could be being stalked, and of course, the fact that her pajamas were stolen to help create this doll brings forward the issue of theft too.

To try and find a lead on who the culprit behind this could be, Sin-yu and Hong-jo went on a fake date together. Then, the legal advisor set out to question Jae-gyeong on his whereabouts (and request he sets up CCTV outside of his house), and ask Joong-beom what he had used straw found at his place of work for.

- Yoon-joo and Kim Wook went stargazing together, and found themselves opening up to each other.
- Hyun-seo and Na-yeon have had, or are having, some sort of affair.
- Na-yeon found out about Sin-yu’s closeness to Hong-jo through pictures sent to her phone.
- Joong-beom was warned about his conduct when he was reported to have made “unnecessary physical contact” with Hong-jo.
- Jae-gyeong has grown closer to Hong-jo, and has invited her to a gathering intended for couples.
Destined with You Season 1 Episodes 9 and 10 Release Date and Time
Destined with You Season 1 Episode 9 will be released on Netflix on September 20, 2023. The usual release time is 4:00 pm (BST), but sometimes this varies. We do not anticipate any changes to the schedule yet (sometimes this happens in the K-Drama world.). Destined with You Season 1 Episode 10 will air at the same time the next day, September 21. Each episode has an approximate runtime of around 65-70 minutes.
