Summary

How does Reality Z season 1, episode 7, “The Calling” open?
Episode 7 begins with the group inside the control room; they learn the zombie infection is worldwide — they are on their own.
A message to the outside world
Ana reconfigures the satellite. She sends out a message for anyone who would like shelter but doesn’t tell the others. Cristina sees it and asks Ana to take the message off the air. Ana explains that they will run out of supplies in 3 weeks and that their only chance to survive is to open the door and have more people come. Ana suggests giving them a different address; a building across the road that has a tunnel leading to the studio. Ana suddenly realizes they need a face they can trust for a video message — a leader. She looks at Levi. Reality Z season 1, episode 7, “The Calling” sees at least one character trying to build a future.
The bite
Teresa asks Ana what the plan is about her bite. Ana gets upset, calling herself stupid for trusting that zombie. Ana asks Teresa to take care of her son.
A video message
Meanwhile, Cristina tells Levi that Ana is manipulating them. They head to the control room to do the video message. They also need to change the wiring for the other building server — they are attacked by zombies but Robson, Léo, and Teresa deal with them. Levi does his video message and makes it a “call to action”. Robson, Léo, and Teresa head into the other building and re-establish the cameras so they can see visitors. The audio in the other building doesn’t work which will cause some confusion.
How does Reality Z season 1, episode 7, “The Calling” end?
In the other building, they have survivors already. One of them is a doctor. Teresa brings back the doctor and his wife and reveals that Ana needs a doctor. Unfortunately, the doctor cannot help the bite mark. Robson points the gun at Ana but Léo says this is his problem. Levi states that Ana needs to be put in a safe space.
The wife of the doctor says they need to introduce new rules in the house — if they break rules, they are eliminated (killed). Robson gets angry and asks the new survivors to strip Levi and thanks Ana for bringing them here. He asks her to put her son in check with the hours she has left and it’s a rather sinister conversation. Ana tells Léo that he needs to clear the house from the zombies and that there is a way to do it.
