Michael Gagnon – Spirited Tribute Explained. We discuss the Apple TV+ movie Spirited and the tribute at the end for Michael Gagnon.
Ryan Reynolds‘ and Will Ferrell’s new Christmas movie Spirited is now streaming on Apple TV Plus. Featuring songs by La La Land‘s Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the movie is a new take on the classic Charles Dickens story A Christmas Carol, now told from the perspective of the ghosts. After singing and dancing their way into our hearts, Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds finally wrap up the movie as they burst into one final song when the credits start to roll.
It might be the best song and the overall number of the movie, and after two and a half minutes, they finish their singing, and the screen goes to black. There is another song coming later, but in between, there is one title card: “In loving memory of Michael Gagnon.”
