Delevingne’s personality stands out from the first moment we meet her. She has a cheerful and charismatic voice that can reel you into her little world. From there, watching her open up in this vulnerable way makes you appreciate the journey we go down with her. I loved her open-mindedness and free spirit. We live in a world that is so judgmental of everything that they aren’t willing to explore or understand things they don’t understand. So if anyone watches this is willing to be as open as Delevingne is throughout, it could be quite the learning experience because I know it was for me.
The show is very much a human experience that shares some beautiful stories. As our society grows and sees these conversations happening, people fear change and what might not be “normal” to them. Sadly, we live in a world that shuns people for simply loving someone of the same sex. As a result, we hear these horror stories of people being unable to be who they want to be. While heartbreaking to hear, each story is a must-listen.
The biggest problem that society faces is the mainstream media and how it looks at sex as this horrible thing and refuses to look at it in an honest way. It’s such a “bad” word to so many people, but deep down, sex can be such a positive conversation that it needs to be more open and spoken about. For example, we saw with Good Luck To You, Leo Grande last year that the word “escort” doesn’t have to be wrong. The more open we are about these types of things, society can grow. As someone who sometimes struggles to understand certain things, Planet Sex with Cara Delevingne is essential viewing.

Yes, not only is it good, but it’s very informative. That said, if you are exploring sex or trying to learn about sexuality in a very in-your-face way, this show will not be for you. But if you have an open mind to learn more about the newer generation, turn it on and try it.
