Andrea Green, a.k.a Dre, is the lead in the series Swarm. She is a young lady adopted by the Jackson family as a kid and had one (adopted) sister, Marissa.
Her relationship with her adoptive parents, especially her father, Jackson, wasn’t great. Although she was slightly weird and awkward, no matter what happened, her sister Marissa would also stand up for her and protect her. Dre struggled with many social situations because of her upbringing.

Dre looked at Ni’Jah as her muse. Dre had a rough upbringing and used Ni’Jah’s music to help keep her sane. No matter what was happening in her life, the moment a Ni’Jah song dropped, all was right in the world.
Of course, she had her posters on her wall, her wake-up alarm was Ni’Jah, and the background screen on her phone was Ni’Jah. Her obsession with Ni’Jah reminds you of Beyonce’s fan club, the BeyHive.

Also, she also used Twitter to find the hate directed toward her favorite artists. That slowly became the fuel to ignore her daily. Early on, that crutch of Ni’Jah felt like something that was somewhat harmless; instead of paying bills, she wanted to see her in concert.
It’s not that it is right, but that’s the harmless side of obsession. However, later on, we would see her use the crutch in ways that would be harmful to others.
Who plays Andrea Greene in Swarm?
Actress Dominique Fishback plays Dre in Swarm. Fishback broke onto the acting scene making a few appearances on TV shows (The Knick, The Americans, Blue Bloods) before breaking out in the hit HBO show, The Deuce.
