Just like Succession, The Righteous Gemstones follows a rich but dysfunctional family. But the main characters here are famous televangelists. Both seasons of the series are on HBO Max, and a third is set to come out at some point this year.
The Great (2020 – )
In this black-comedy historical fiction series, Elle Fanning plays Empress Catherine The Great. Like Succession, the show explores power struggles taking place among the elites, in this case, 18th-century courtiers.
