10 Movies like Kick-Ass you must watch

We discuss 10 movies like Kick-Ass you must watch. Add these well-recommended and highly-rated films to your watch list.

Kick-Ass is a 2010 film directed by Matthew Vaughn starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson as teenager Dave Lizewski. He reinvents himself as a superhero, even though he has no powers.

He makes a basic costume and calls himself Kick-Ass. He joins a crime-fighting team made up of Big Daddy (Nicolas Cage), his daughter Hit Girl (Chloë Grace Moretz), and Red Mist (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) and has to fight the crime boss Frank D’Amico (Mark Strong).

The film is very violent and, as a black comedy, makes humor in the goriest of ways, meaning that not everyone is going to love this more adult take on superheroes. But if you do like it, and want more, here are ten films like Kick-Ass you must watch.
