Set in the 1980s, Ruth Wilder (Alison Brie) is a struggling actress trying to reach stardom in any way possible. She auditions alongside several other women in a professional wrestling promotion called the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (GLOW).

But Ruth is traditionally minded and highly idealistic, which means she has many clashes with GLOW’s director, Sam Sylvia (Marc Maron).

The Kominsky Method (2018)

Sandy Kominsky (Michael Douglas) might be in the twilight years of being a successful actor turned acting coach, but he’s not ready to hang everything up and retire just yet.
