Summary
Special Ops: Lioness continues to pull you in too many directions introducing us to more storylines without focusing on the main one.

From Joe getting in trouble for helping out Kyle to Cruz continuing her work undercover to Kate getting in a car accident, this week’s episode of Special Ops: Lioness is filled with twists and turns you don’t see coming.
Special Ops: Lioness Season 1 Episode 4 Recap
Cruz and Aaliyah are swimming around the ocean while Joe and her team and Aaliyah’s guards are watching off in the distance. Aaliyah’s guards get somewhat suspicious of the boat until Joe sends a couple of girls onto the top of the boat to lay out and take selfies.
Who are Ehsan and Kamal?
While Joe and her team overwatch, they get photos of two men watching over the ladies. The two men are Ehsan and Kamal, two brothers in the States on work and student visas. Ehsan is also engaged to marry Aailyah, and Joe says a Saudi Royal will marry a Kuwaiti national.
After the mission for the Lioness team for Kyle goes awry, Kyle gets brought in for questioning by Kaitlyn and Byron to find out who he got to help them on the mission. This leads to him ratting out Joe’s team, and now Kaitlyn wants to meet with Joe.
What happens to Kate in “The Choice of Failure?”
Kate was riding in a car with one of her friends, and someone slammed into her vehicle out of nowhere, causing a massive car crash. Kate broke her femur and fractured her vertebrae, but is stable. One of her friends that was in the accident didn’t make it. However, when the bloodwork is returned, the doctor informs Neil that Kate is pregnant.
Joe needs eyes on Cruz while they are at a party, so she goes in for herself. However, as she watches, Neil calls her to tell her about their daughter being pregnant. She keeps her reaction mild as she is in the bar laying low, but Neil encourages her to be at the hospital tomorrow to be there for their daughter, and she agrees.

At the party, Cruz starts to hang out with a guy, and when he buys her a drink, he slips her something inside of it that causes her to pass out. A fight ensues at the bar, allowing the man who drugged her to sneak out with her. Joe’s team sets out to find her.
Obviously, they were tracking her down and noticed the man had stopped. Joe and the team can get to Cruz before the man rapes her. After getting Cruz awake, Joe kicks the man about to rape Cruz multiple times below the belt and tells him that if he says anything about them at the hospital, they will hunt him down and kill him.
Special Ops: Lioness Season 1 Episode 4 Ending Explained
Kaitlyn arrives criticizing Cruz and how she is unable to keep control at a bar in the States and what makes her think she will be able to handle herself overseas. On her way to the airport, Kaitlyn informs Joe that her team is on border patrol surveillance footage performing an extraction with multiple casualties.
