Laura Shmidt and Vasco have had a long relationship, with the couple being married since 2012. However, reports indicate that the two have been together since as far back as 1986.
Laura is of German descent, but reports indicate she may have been born in Milan.
Her father was from Regensburg, a city in eastern Bavaria. Hence, Laura’s Germanic surname and Vasco would be introduced to her through guitarist Massimo Riva, who would work with Vasco, as well as being a songwriter and the frontman for The Steve Rogers Band.
