Eva Desjardins would arrive late to the party that was the Netflix reality survival show Surviving Paradise. The show would feature twelve contestants who arrive at a sun-drenched luxury villa in Greece, ready to compete in a reality show with a huge cash prize at stake. However, the producers would throw the players a curve ball, evicting some of the participants to live outside the villa in a harsh wilderness, trying to navigate their way back into the inner circle and comfort of the house.
It’s a mix of Big Brother and I’m A Celebrity, and various challenges would eliminate players from the game.
Evangeline “Eva” Desjardins would arrive in the show in the fourth episode, shaking things up for the players already there, and upsetting the status quo for some of the cast. Although not featured in as many episodes as the other players, she still made a mark on the show.
Eva Desjardins Surviving Paradise Journey
Eva arrived in the fourth episode of the show. The bubbly blonde from Tampa Florida revealed she had joined The Peace Corps right after leaving college and speaks multiple languages.
After her arrival, a challenge would see Eva picked by Lellies to compete in the task. The Insiders were given a wooden crate and the task involved trying to convince an Outsider to either accept or reject the little wooden box.
The task was designed to up the stakes, with all the Outsiders getting the chance to move into the villa. Eva did not trust Lellies, and rejected the offer, leading to her being upgraded to the villa. The task was an emotional rollercoaster for many of the team members and resulted in the elimination of SK.

Eva’s time in the luxury villa did not last long though, as another task was initiated, with the Insiders being told they had to vote for someone in the house to go to the wilderness. Eva would gain the respect of the others by offering to leave, but unfortunately, Eva would never get the chance to return to the villa.
In the final round of eliminations, she would be taken out of the running by Copan Combs.

Eva is back in Florida and has launched a business as a photographer, taking pictures for clients under the name of LilMissEvaTookThese.

Eva would reveal on Instagram in January 2023 that her father had undergone major surgery and on top of that trauma, their home was struck by a hurricane, so she launched a GoFundMe to help her parents out.
