Dawn, Wickie, Summer, and Gloria have reunited to record a new album in Girls5eva Season 3, now airing on Netflix after two successful seasons on Peacock. In case you missed any details in the world tour, our recap of Girls5eva Season 3 details everything that went down in Episodes 1-6.
Girls5eva Season 3 Recap
Episode 1 – “Fort Worth”
The ladies of Girls5eva have reunited to go on the Returnity World Tour. The tour kicks off in Fort Worth, and the ladies struggle to find more cities to perform at. Dawn suggests they stay in Fort Worth until the setlist is ironed out. Although hesitant at first, Wickie gets on board with the idea. The stagnant nature of being in one city makes Wickie realize they might be trapped in the town forever. So Wickie makes an executive decision to book Girls5eva in six months at Radio Music City Hall on Thanksgiving.
Episode 2 – “Bomont”
While the ladies are struggling to adapt to the challenges presented in front of them, Wickie begins to film every aspect of their road trip for an upcoming documentary to release to coincide with the group’s return. Girls5Eva hit the stage in the next city, but after ruffling the feathers of the local government official, they are quickly rushed off the stage because of the name of their new song BPE (Big Pussy Energy). The crew’s following twenty tour dates are canceled due to what unfolded.
Episode 3 – “Clarksville”
The ladies return to Maryland, shaking things up with Wickie’s mother and father. Everyone learns that Wickie lied to them about her family upbringing because she didn’t think her real life would generate a good story. At dinner, Wickie’s parents break down how many times they bailed her out of a jam. Finally, Wickie reveals how much debt they are in, and her parents agree to bail her out again. Ultimately, Wickie’s parents “kick” her out, and the ladies head back on the road to Radio Music City Hall.
Episode 4 – “Orlando”
Six weeks later, Girls5eva is performing for a rich kid named Taffy’s birthday party. Dawn struggles because Taffy is reminiscing on the group’s old times, and she believes they are past that. Torque, an ex-flame of Wickie’s, turns her world upside down, leading to the two almost sleeping together. Dawn makes Taffy mad, and Gloria saves the day by allowing Taffy to perform with the ladies in Dawn’s spot.
Episode 5 – “Cleveland”
The ladies discover Gray Holland is playing a sold-out show in Cleveland and pitch the idea of them performing with him on stage. Gloria attempted to talk to Holland at a restaurant, but his fans saw him, sending him running. Later that night, he came to where the ladies performed and joined them on stage. After things go great, they attempt to talk him into performing at Radio City Music Hall, but Holland feels used by them.
Gloria asks what she could do to make Holland believe she cares; he wants to disappear. So Gloria helps him fake his death, and while she does, the tabloids blame Dawn, leading to a nationwide ban on going to see the Girls5eva in concert.
Episode 6 – “New York”
With no tickets sold, Girl5eva starts to fight amongst each other as they see this comeback slipping before their eyes. However, Summer does some multi-level marketing by creating a bot army to buy the most expensive tickets, which tricks the resale bots into buying the others. Because of this, she sells out the show and saves the girls from liability. Dawn has her baby and names it after Wickie, and the season comes to a close, with Wickie getting an offer to create a song for the upcoming Garfield movie.
