Vanderpump Villa is a spin-off show that follows Lisa Vanderpump and her hand-picked team setting off to run a luxury European villa. With the villa available to be booked by guests, we get a front-row seat to watch the chaos unfold as Lisa tries to maintain an incredibly high standard of service for the guests. Filmed on location in France, the idyllic locale is a big part of the allure, for guests and audiences both.
The Filming Location of Vanderpump Villa is Luxurious!
The luxury villa from Vanderpump Villa is located in Mazerolles-Du-Razes, France, and it is stunning. The L-shaped residence looks as opulent as it sounds, and is almost a fairytale castle, making it perfect for Lisa and her team to try and entertain the elite who visit there.
The Chateau is known as Chateau Rosabelle but is really Chateau St Joseph, hidden away in the South of France in the center of a beautiful woodland estate. It pretty much has everything that you would expect to find in a luxurious French villa, and has its own swimming pool, library Chapel — and much, much more. Let’s just hope that after the filming of this series is completed, the villa is still in one piece.
What is the venue used for?
You can book a stay at the venue, and it is used for all manner of events including, of course, weddings, but it is also a hotel that can be booked for a holiday.
In the trailer for Vanderpump Villa, Lisa explains, “It’s not just a hotel, it’s a fantasy, and all my staff need to do is execute my wishes.” However, expect all manner of mishaps and drama, as the hand-picked staff seem intent on really just enjoying themselves as much as the guests while indulging in all manner of inappropriate activities and relationships.
How much is it to stay at Château St. Joseph?
It depends on what room you want, when you want to go, and how long you want to stay, however, it might surprise you to find that some rooms at Château St. Joseph are more affordable than you might think. According to the website, you could stay in the Gisèle room with bathroom and park view for 129 Euros a night, which seems like a bargain.
The bigger the room, though, the bigger the price. The Marie-Antoinette Room with Park View is a snip at 199 Euros a night, and The Toile de Jouy room with golden freestanding bathtub and park view will set you back 359 euros a night. If you are booking for a group of friends or family, you could book six bedrooms for a family event at 1069 Euros a day.
