How does Can You Hear Me? season 1, episode 6, “It’s Not a Problem” open?
Episode 6 begins with the three friends in summerwear heading to a spa to blow off some steam. Ada jokes that she peed a little in the pool so they all depart. Carolanne tells Ada that she’s thinking about stopping drinking but Ada wants to know what was wrong with her before she found out she was pregnant but doesn’t want to talk about it. Carolanne tries to have a massage but she doesn’t like it when she is touched. As usual, Ada is up to her usual antics and has sex with her masseur. The other two women enjoy their massages.
An apology
Fabiola finally apologizes to Carolanne about how she reacted to her pregnancy but she seems cool with it. The two girls draw on Ada’s face while she sleeps. In the pool, they laugh at her face. Carolanne suddenly starts drinking — her claim to sobriety again doesn’t last long. While hearing a toilet flush, Carolanne suddenly zones out and Ada snaps her out of it. After the spa, Carolanne keeps throwing up. Ada realizes there is a p***s drawn on her face and her friends laugh.

Ada brings Carolanne to her therapy session. The therapist explains she doesn’t just take on any patient. Ada insists that she takes a session with her friend. When Ada gets home, the landlord wants sex but she isn’t in the mood. He reminds her that she’s in debt. She reluctantly has sex with the man. A music video starts with all three women who remind the audience of the undesirable men they have in their life. Episode 6 shows the friends getting the break that they deserve.
