Summary
Episode 6 sees a lot of sex on the brain as characters are starting to feel the tensions with a love triangle beginning to brew.

The opening
Emily wakes up and can hear Gabriel and Camille having sex. She tells Mindy at breakfast that they were at it all night. Mindy reveals her father is offering her a wonderful house and a car but she loves Paris too much and she doesn’t want the life her parents want her to have. She’s also an ex-reality singer but she blew it in a competition.
Emily is clearly jealous and hearing Gabriel have sex cannot be helping the situation.
Basic
At the office, they plan to meet Pierre Cadault, a famous fashion designer. Sylvie tells Emily not to talk about social media as Pierre doesn’t like discussing it. When Pierre greets Emily, he says “Ringarde” to Emily which means “Basic”. It looks like they have lost him as potential client and Sylvie is annoyed.
Episode 6 shows how shallow the industry can be in these situations. Emily’s presence was not enough.
Time to get laid
In the evening, Emily watches people with another man named Thomas. They do a wager on a couple and whoever loses has to buy a bottle of wine. Emily confides in Thomas about her day in work. Emily brings Thomas back to her apartment and they have sex. The next morning, Thomas wants to arrange to see her again. Camille sees Thomas leave and is curious about him.
Not invited
In the office the next day, Sylvie is holding a meeting without her that she was meant to attend as the social media lead. Sylvie is punishing her about Pierre Cadault — she wanted to sign him for a long time but Emily ruined it.
La vie en rose
While out in the street with Mindy, Emily asks her to sing. She sings “La vie en rose” and she has a brilliant voice. People passing by are entranced her voice. Later on, Thomas meets Emily for dinner. Camille and Gabriel introduce themselves. They ask them to join them for dinner as a double date.
Jealousy
The double date is strange and later, Thomas feels that Gabriel is jealous. They have sex again and Camille and Gabriel can hear. Gabriel is evidently bothered and covers his ears.
He’s a snob
Emily is going to the ballet that is hosted by Pierre Cadault. She’s off with Thomas and Gabriel has his opinions about him — he thinks he’s a snob. The two have a brief disagreement and Gabriel states that Thomas doesn’t deserve her. When she meets Thomas, he is being snobby about Swan Lake that is being shown at the ballet. He also calls Pierre Cadault overrated. Emily calls Thomas and snob and tells him to f*ck off.
This was clearly a moment encouraged by Gabriel — the story is finding ways to put Emily and Gabriel together.
Emily speaks to Pierre Cadault directly and apologizes to him for offending him. She admits to being a basic b*tch — she explains that ringardes admire fashion designers and that they need basic b*tches or they wouldn’t survive. The next day, Sylvie reveals that Pierre Cadault wants to meet them.
