Summary

For those who love property shows, this is fun, quirky, and a loving watch.

A French unscripted drama, The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties, follows the Kretz family as they work with clients who are looking to buy luxury properties in places such as Paris, Ibiza, and Boulogne.

France is already well-known for its spectacular homes and views. Well, this show goes on to show how fantastic it really is! It gives just a small insight into the world of property that will blow the audience away with its properties. The best part of this show is that instead of watching robotic hosts like Phil and Kirsty on Location, Location. (Who, let’s face it, couldn’t care less if a homeowner gets the property they want), The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties follows the close-knit Kretz family. It’s an interesting insight into how the Kretz family works their luxury-based real estate business.

For those missing holidays due to the COVID-19 crisis, then it is possible that the audience will be delighted to watch as the Kretz family travel to different locations during their hunt to find the perfect place for their clients. But, what may also happen is that the audience may grow jealous of what the Kretz’s are able to do and see and turn off. It purely depends on the mood of the audience whilst watching.

Purely spoken in French, the show provides a good insight into places the audience may otherwise not see. The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties not only shows how the family runs their business, but the unscripted drama brings an insight into the lives of the Kretz family. The audience will watch as they make key decisions about their personal life. As a whole, it brings a personal feel that most property-seeking shows don’t have.

For those who are fans of shows such as A Place In The Sun, this will be worth watching. If real estate isn’t within your interests, it’s probably best if you gave The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties a miss.
