Segev contacts his ex-wife Shira and tells her that she must take Ella somewhere else, they’re not safe otherwise. When Ron’s body is found by the NYPD, a witness places Segev at the scene. After telling Naomi what happened to Ron, he says that because the killers spoke Hebrew, he is certain that it was the Mossad.
Assaf meets with Tali and tells her that he was Special Intelligence Liaison to the head of the National Security. A source revealed that Mandel (the author of the article) was discussing a sensitive issue; it was his job to persuade Mandel to drop the story. Danielle soon found out that Assaf had the article removed, and Assaf believed that because he had access, Danielle used him. Danielle used the opportunity to steal classified intel from the NSC and whatever she found is still out there. Whilst looking for the intel, Segev finds a notebook. But is this the intel?
After a row with Naomi, Henry texts someone and asks for a favour. This leads Henry to learn that Ron is dead and Segev is wanted for many crimes. Pretending to be a Ph.D. student called Ben, Segev hopes that a lecturer will help him find hidden messages within the notebook. The lecturer finds there’s one page different with symbols not matching others found within the notebook.
Segev and Naomi start to analyze the hidden messages. As Naomi is using her work phone, and Henry can’t reach her, he goes to her workplace and uses the find my phone feature. But when Henry informs the police of her location, the NYPD is able to arrest Segev.
The ending
Tali’s friend Omer is called by Tamir! Tamir informs Omer that Tali needs to be brought to him as she knows too much. What a shock! But as Tali isn’t in any way gullible, she pulls a gun on Omer. Asking Henry to help get Segev out of jail, she’s horrified to learn that it was Henry who called the police whilst Segev gets led into prison.
Because so much has happened in the last 6 episodes, I completely forgot that it started with a flashforward of Segev in prison. But not we’re up to that section, so it’s anyone’s guess what will happen. I still don’t trust Henry, however.
