As season 2 comes to an end, we ask ourselves once again — will Alice find love? And will it be Davide? We may have received that answer in the last episode.
An Astrological Guide for Broken Hearts season 2, episode 6 recap
Episode 6 opens up with Alice in an energetic mood. She’s loving life with a balance of energy and unwinding; she’s convinced herself that she feels free, yet she keeps looking at her smartphone, waiting for a notification. She gives in and rings Davide, but it goes to voicemail. And then, her doorbell goes off — it’s Cristina, and she’s had a spat with her partner. Alice to the rescue once again.
Valentino, a producer of a big company, rings Alice as he’s looking for new talent. He wants to meet — his star sign is Pisces. It’s a great career opportunity. Her best friend tells her not to miss the opportunity over Davide. And maybe her best friend was right as Alice learns that Davide is going to Hong Kong for a new career opportunity for himself and will be replaced at work. Alice is in shock, and rightfully so.
But there’s no time to think for Alice as Cristina goes into labour, and it’s all systems go. Alice needs to rush out of work to help her. However, when she gets home, she learns it’s a false alarm. Feeling irritated, Alice tells Cristina she needs to sort out the situation with Carlo.
But Carlo tries to sort the situation out himself, singing and playing the guitar outside the window and asking Cristina for forgiveness. And then, Cristina’s water breaks. All three rush to the hospital, leaving Alice no choice but to cancel her meeting with the producer. However, surprisingly, the producer makes her an offer anyway as the “creative producer” at Dora TV. Cristina gives birth in the car.
The ending
Season 2 ends with a happy ending.
It’s Alice’s birthday, but she’s in Rome, enjoying her new career. But then, Davide shows up unexpectedly. He references the stars and astrological theory to open up his feelings for Alice. That’s enough for Alice, and she kisses him, and we can only assume she is securing a loving future as “the end” pops up on the screen.
