There are quite a few baddies in the second season of Fate: The Winx Saga, and many of them are plotting against the school. But even some of the biggest villains, such as Rosalind, believe they have the best interests of the school at heart. However, not everyone does. And whilst some of the Blood Witches, such as Sebastian and Grey, appear to be friends with the fairies, there is one individual who can be classed as ultimately betraying Alfea and the students. But who is it?
Fate: The Winx Saga season 2 – who betrays the school?
It’s Beatrix! After she, Riven, and Dane break up, it seems that everyone is starting to realize she is a nasty piece of work. But they just don’t know how much. Yet. After Beatrix finds herself being alienated by all of the other students, she is eventually revealed as Sebestian’s mole.
However, she is, by no means, as nasty and ruthless as Sebastian. Instead, even when she and Sebastian take control of the school, she allows some of the students to escape capture. In fact, she even tries to warn Stella that Sebastian poses a huge threat to Bloom. But is the danger already done? Not quite. In the season finale, Beatrix continues to play both sides. Whilst she seems that she could be purely looking after her own intentions, she reveals her true intentions with one act.
After Sebastian overpowers Bloom, and it looks like he will win, Beatrix snaps and turns on him. As a result, Beatrix saves the world! Beatrix makes it public how happy she is with the fact. Yet, her happiness is short-lived. Just mere seconds later, Sebastian kills her by throwing her against a wall. Blood pours out of her head, and there’s nothing that can be done to save her.
However, is she really going to stay dead? As she recently discovered that she had two sisters, will that storyline really end? I don’t think so.
