Summary

Fate: The Winx Saga continues to develop after a strong start.

It was a cracking start in Episode 1, but it doesn’t always stay that way. Here’s everything that happened in Fate: The Winx Saga Season 2 Episode 2.

Fate: The Winx Saga Season 2 Episode 2 Recap

At the beginning of the episode, when it seems that Terra might be in some serious danger, it turns out that it’s just Flora. After Flora catches up with the others, they all speculate on what could have happened to Devin. Thanks to Flora’s arrival, Stella is livid that “as a princess”, she has to share a room. When Rosalind uses magic on Andreas, Beatrix comes to his rescue by telling Rosalind that Silva must have had help in his escape. Rosalind isn’t impressed by the announcement, however, as she had already figured that part out.

From afar, Silva and Sebastian help Bloom and the crew with their mission to bring Rosalind down. In Andreas’s search for Silva, he wanders in Sebastian’s place. Sebastian manages to hide Silva in a portal before Andrea sees. However, that doesn’t stop Andre from smashing Sebastian’s face into a glass table. And when Andreas spot a vital document, does it provide him with some intel on Silva’s actual location? If he does, he leaves anyways.

Fate: The Winx Saga Season 2 Episode 2 Ending

Rosalind checks on Devin, but there’s no improvement on him. It soon turns out that it was Professor Harvey who gave the tip-off about Sebastian as a way to protect his children. Sky tells Bloom that things can never go back to how they were; too much has changed, apparently. Bloom tries to reassure him that he isn’t defined by the actions of other people and that he needs to stop torturing himself. After they stop talking, they end up in bed together. Terra and Muse inject Devin with an antidote, and when he regains consciousness, they try to get him to identify the creature that attacked him. However, it all goes pear-shaped, and he flees from them in a state of paranoia.

Bloom and Sky hide from Andreas, although it’s nearly ruined when her phone vibrates. As they hide, they listen as Andreas calls Rosalind and learns that Devin has woken up. Andreas then sets the house on fire, and they’re forced to take cover. As Terra goes to help Devin, Rosalind enters and warns her to stand back. She claims that Devin must be confused, and he then dies.

Towards the end of the episode, Bloom and the others use the photographs of Rosalind’s book to try and figure out what is going on. They assume that Rosalind has been summoning the killer fairies to steal magic from others, such as Andreas, to make herself more powerful. The second episode finishes with Sky and Silva coming face-to-face.
