Fans of K-Drama are ready for the premiere of the new show Divorce Attorney Shin. The series is based on a webtoon by Kang Tae-kyung, and you can watch the Korean Drama on Netflix. As the title suggests, this is a tale of human drama, following the life of DA Shin, his private life, and the cases he becomes involved in. What is the plot for Divorce Attorney Shin?

The show follows the trials and tribulations of Shin Sung-han, who decides to become a lawyer after years of training as a classical pianist. Aided by two close friends who help him stay sane when work starts to burn him out, Shin specializes in divorce cases, encountering all kinds of people along the way.

What else has Cho Seung-woo appeared in?

Cho Seung-woo is an actor and singer from South Korea, and fans of the k-drama genre will probably recognize him from some other productions. In 2005, he played an autistic young runner in the film Marathona performance earning him critical appreciation and a few awards.

His musical background helped in productions such as Jekyll and Hyde and Hedwig and the Angry Inch

He went on to appear with his girlfriend in the 2006 film Love Phobia, which was not a success, but he made up for that by starring in a huge blockbuster, The High Rollers, in the same year.

Next up was another music-inspired film, Go Go 70s, and the romantic drama, The Sword With No Name

Seung-woo would then have to do his military service, which was mandatory, but would return to musicals, and movies, soon after. He would appear in the 2011 baseball-themed film Perfect Game, but in 2012 he would be cast in his first TV series, The King’s Doctor, a period piece

He would be cast as the lead in a time travel thriller in 2014 called God’s Gift- 14 Days, and in 2015, he played a prosecutor that uncovers corruption in the film Inside MenAnother popular series Stranger in 2017, brought him even more attention and another award, and the show would continue in 2020 due to its popularity.

What has Han Hye-jin appeared in?

South Korean actress Han Hye-jin has had a long and consistent career in numerous TV productions. Since 2002, the popular star has starred in multiple roles. Early appearances from 2002 include the shows Friends, Romance, I Love You Hyun-Jung, and Inspector Park Mun-su.

Hye-jin would remain in constant work, in 2003 appearing in 1% of Something and Drama City Sweet 18In 2004, the shows New Human Market and The Age of Heroes would come calling.

2005 brought us Be Strong Geum-Soon! Followed by 2006’s JumongThe TV rolls would keep coming, in 2008 with Terroir, then 2010’s Jejung Won

In 2011, there was a role in The Thorn Birds, followed in 2012 by Syndrome. One Warm Word was 2013’s project, then a gap before 2016’s The Doctors. In 2018, Hye-jin secured a role in Hold Me Tight; in 2020, she appeared in Mothers.

Where has Jung Moon-sung appeared in?

South Korean actor Jung Moon-sung has made his name in film and television. Born in 1981, the popular star would have a cameo in 2011 in The Musical.

2012 would see him secure a role in Phantom leading to 2013 and roles in Your Lady, Heartless City, and The Suspicious Housekeeper.

His first movie role would also be in 2013, as a supporting artist on South Bound. His work would be consistent and lead to him building a huge fan base.

In 2017 he would be The Good Manager, and by 2018, he would be in huge demand, finding roles in Prison Playbook, About Time, Life, The Undateables, Big Forest, and The Hymn of Death.

In 2019 he appeared in Haechi, and in 2020 he was on Hospital Playlist.

In 2021, he would find work in The Veil and The Good Detective and play in two films, The Cursed: Dead Man’s Prey and Miracle: Letters to the President,  leading to 2022’s One Dollar Lawyer and another feature film Project Wolf Hunting.
