The tenth episode of Celebrity picks up right where Episode 9 picked off, with A-ri confessing to the police what happened at the Aragon Club.
“#get_your_popcorn_ready” isn’t so much about the rationale underpinning this decision — both past and present-day version of A-ri reiterate that she doesn’t even know for sure why she made the choice — but the various repercussions of it, as Tae-jeon, the Gabin Society, A-ri herself, and even Detective Jang are all affected by the confession and subsequent attempts at cover-up and distraction.

How does the Gabin Society get back at A-ri?
With help from _bbbfamous, the Gabin Society leak doctored direct messages exposes A-ri’s come-up as being built on a bedrock of lies and deceit.
While A-ri obviously did have various conversations with _bbbfamous along the same lines, they’ve been doctored by Min-hye to read as significantly worse. The entire Gabin Society feels emboldened to take A-ri down, and the A-ri begins to haemorrhage fans and followers.
A-ri gets Jun-kyung to take her to see Ro-la. A-ri once again accuses her of being _bbbfamous, but Ro-la just laughs it off. There is far from one person who wants to see successful people fail, and thanks to the nature of social media, they can do and say whatever they want without repercussion.
Why does Min-hye confess to leaking the Aragon Club story?
Thanks to pressure from Tae-jeon, Detective Jang is taken off the Aragon Club case. But with all the attention swirling around A-ri, he realizes the connection. Tae-jeon also traces the leaks about the club back to Min-hye and blackmails her into live-streaming a “confession” at the same time A-ri is live-streaming her explanation for the accusations.
A-ri is ready to share her original chat history with _bbbfamous to prove that the messages have been doctored, and she’s about the confess her involvement in the Aragon Club scandal, however Min-hye’s live stream steals her thunder. Min-hye claims A-ri blackmailed her into making the club story up.
Si-hyeon knows immediately that Tae-jeon has strongarmed Min-hye into this, and she confronts him in the office. He’s indignant as ever, but this time when he brings the conversation around to Jun-kyung, there’s a “speak of the devil and he shall appear” vibe. Jun-kyung arrives with a lawsuit. The Hue is going after Taegang, and Jun-kyung is the case’s star witness, since he was also present at the Aragon Club that night.
Celebrity Season 1 Episode 10 Ending Explained
Jun-kyung and Si-hyeon resolve to defend A-ri together. The former heads to the police station, instructing his secretary to get the legal team ready.
While A-ri is inundated with returns from people who’re boycotting Ari.& on account of the scandal, Jun-kyung texts her saying the whole mess will be over soon.
On his way to the station, though, Jun-kyung is suddenly T-boned by a truck, which slams into the driver’s side of his car, leaving the vehicle upside-down and Jun-kyung badly hurt at best… and potentially even dead.
Present-day A-ri asks her audience the obvious question — are they enjoying her suffering?
