Summary
This episode perfectly lays the foundation for the next part while still being exciting and unpredictable.
We recap the Crunchyroll anime series Bungo Stray Dogs Season 5 Episode 7, “A Port in the Sky (Part 3),” which contains spoilers.
With Ranpo’s (voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya) plan failing and Fukuchi (voiced by Akio Otsuka) losing Bram (voiced by Kenjiro Tsuda), the situation at the airport is messier than ever.
At least for now, One Order is temporarily unusable, buying more time for the Armed Detective Agency to stop Fukuchi and clear their name. With Aya (voiced by Minako Kotobuki) shifting Bram to their side, that may be more plausible than ever, at least as long as she can keep them hidden from Fukuchi’s vampire minions.

READ: Will there be a Bungo Stray Dogs Season 6?
Even in an episode without Fukuchi, he still seems to be the one pulling all of the strings and staying ahead of the Armed Detective Agency. Seeing some of the other characters get more screen time was appreciated. There are so many interesting characters in this series, but it feels like we haven’t seen many of them these last two seasons, with only key characters involved in these latest arcs.
Still, with more characters joining the fold, as well as Dazai’s escape getting more focus, the show still manages to stay interesting without feeling too jumbled or confusing. It’s clear from the titles, as well as the way things are progressing that the story is about to shift a bit into the next part of the arc, and I’m curious to see how that plays out.
