Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles (2006)

Formerly known as simply Million Dollar Listing, before it became successful and inspired three spin-offs set in New York, Miami, and San Francisco, this American reality TV series follows the personal and professional lives of realtors from Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Malibu as they try to sell highly-priced properties, taking viewers into the luxurious business of real state in Los Angeles.

Income Property (2008)

The Canadian real estate show Income Property follows Scott McGillivray, a real estate investor and contractor who takes homeowners through the renovation of their house, showing them several possible designs and managing the entire process.

Love It or List It (2008)

Designer Hilary Farr and real estate agent David Visentin lead this reality show where, in each episode, a couple shows them their home, and Hilary redesigns parts of it with feedback from the homeowners, increasing the property’s value. Meanwhile, David shows them options to buy a new house if they want to list their current property for sale with its upgraded value.

Property Brothers (2011)

Twin brothers Drew and Jonathan lead this Canadian reality show, where Drew negotiates the purchase of low-valued houses, and Jonathan acts as a contractor who renovates them on a tight schedule and budget so that families can then afford them.

Fixer Upper (2013)

Selling Sunset (2019)

Interior Design Masters is a reality competition series between ten amateur designers in the running to win a commercial contract, going through a different challenge in each episode that puts their abilities on display.

Million Dollar Beach House (2020)

This six-episode Netflix reality series follows a group of rising real estate agents, members of Nest Seekers International, who sell multi-million-dollar properties from The Hamptons. The show was then picked up by Discovery Plus and rebranded as Selling the Hamptons.

Buying Beverly Hills (2022)

Buying Beverly Hills is led by Mauricio and his daughters, Farrah and Alexia, who run a real estate firm called The Agency, which represents high-end properties from Beverly Hills. The series depicts their personal and professional lives, with plenty of drama to go around as they navigate the luxurious world of rich Los Angeles.
