Netflix and Kevin Smith have followed up on Masters of the Universe: Revelation with a second series, Masters of the Universe: Revolution. Despite the controversy surrounding Revelation, the follow-up was highly anticipated by fans of the action figure-based fantasy, but after five episodes viewers are desperate for more. Luckily, Part 2 of Revolution is likely to happen, and probably sooner rather than later.

Will there be a Masters of the Universe: Revolution Part 2?
At the time of writing, there has been no official word from Netflix that there will be a second part to Revolution, but we are going to jump the gun and speculate that we have only seen the first half of this series so far. We are basing this solely on the fact that the first season was also broken into two parts, and we fully expect this to also be the case for Revolution.
It should be noted that by the fifth episode, the story does seem to conclude, with an epic final battle and closure in lots of ways. But the ending of the fifth episode also indicates that there must be more to come. We don’t want to spoil things for you, but the arrival of an unexpected cast member is just teasing viewers that there is more story to be told, and we hope that it will be sooner than later.
How many episodes will Masters of the Universe: Revolution be?
We are of course making educated guesses at this, but it would follow suit that there will be a total of ten episodes in this season. Part 1 has five episodes, so it would stand to reason that Part 2 would have the same amount, bringing the total season order to ten.

Masters of the Universe: Revolution Predicted Release Date
With the first five episodes dropping in January 2024, another five could be ready to air later in the year. If we look at the scheduling of Revelations, there was a four-month break between episodes five and six, and we think that this pattern may repeat, meaning that we could see Revolution completing its run in May of 2024.
Who writes Masters of the Universe: Revolution?
The revival of the popular franchise has been masterminded by Kevin Smith, who is probably best known for his film work in movies such as Clerks, Mallrats, and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Smith would court controversy when reviving the much-loved animated franchise by killing off the two main characters He-Man and Skeletor, causing long-time fans to take to social media and lose their minds.
However, later in the series, Smith would reveal the fate of the two characters, bringing them back to the forefront, which continues in Revolution.
When was He-Man and The Masters of the Universe created?
The character was part of a line of action figures created by Mattel and launched in 1982. The line would launch an animated series, a newspaper strip, comic book adaptations, and a doomed live-action film starring Dolph Lundgren.
