If there’s a word to describe Episode 5 of Severance Season 2, it’s probably “sinister”. This isn’t entirely new for the show – the previous episode ended with someone almost being drowned in an icy river – but it usually comes in fits and starts.

The final episodes of Cobra Kai Season 6 have been surprisingly light on karate, but Episode 14, "Strike Last", makes up for that tenfold with not one but two bouts to determine the male and female champions of the Sekai Taikai.

It was always a double-edged sword bringing the original cast of The Karate Kid back for Cobra Kai. Sure, it makes a lot of sense, but these weren't exactly award-winners at the time, and you can't say their careers took off wildly between the late '80s and the show's debut in 2018.

Unmasked continues to be a confounding show in Episodes 7 & 8, and it remains difficult to know what to make of it

It was obvious from the double-bill premiere that Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man was a pretty good show, but Episodes 3, 4, & 5 really make it clear.

While these characters gain little from their quest for purpose in Mythic Quest Season 4, Episode 3, they at least try.

Episode 12, “Partners”, proves that the show is much more interesting when it’s using that as a starting point for meaningful character development.
