Another entertaining episode of The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window. Despite no one believing that Lisa got murdered, Anna (and likely the audience) are certain that she was. Although Neil becoming a suspect is an obvious twist, it’s still great to see.

The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window episode 3 recap
Following Lisa’s possible murder in the third episode of The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window, Anna sits on her sofa as police are in the area. (That is after a mysterious person took her in from being in the rain). Detective Lane (Christina Anthony) and her partner, Officer Walters, tell Anna that there hasn’t been a murder as Lisa is on a flight to Seattle. It seems that Detective Lane believes Anna has had too much to drink with a wild imagination.
Yet, Anna is adamant that what she was saw was real. The next morning, she pays a visit to Neil. He is understandably angry and asks if she was drinking. Anna demands to see Neil’s phone, and she views texts that seem to suggest that Lisa is alive. It still isn’t enough for Anna. But after she scares Emma, Neil tells Anna to leave. Is their love story over before it began?
Anna goes to see Carol, who is very upset that the police sirens woke up Scott. In the end, Anna storms off after she yells “Go f**k yourself, Carol”. Desperate to investigate, Anna breaks into Neil’s house. Where she finds one of Lisa’s earrings. Neil and Emma return soon after, and Neil tells Anna to “stay the hell away from me and my daughter”.
Sloane encourages Anna to go to an AA meeting. After Anna learns that there weren’t any flights to Seattle the night that Lisa was “murdered”, she takes her theory to Detective Lane. Detective Lane recalls questioning Massacre Mike and seeing pure evil in his eyes before she advises Anna to go back home.
Anna finds a message written in the dirt on her car windows: “Stop or ur next”. Anna decides to be a detective and poses as Douglas’s assistant and runs a background check on Lisa and Rex Bakke, aka SexyRexy. After Emma brings Anna some more boxes of chocolates, Emma reveals that she had heard Neil and Lisa arguing. Emma also states that Neil gets mad a lot and that he got mad at her Mom a lot. As Anna starts to suspect there could be more to Neil, she learns that he got named as a person of interest in his wife’s death.
